I have a 3/4 and it’s perfect. I rarely have spinning issues and the plain bottom lets me grab things easily without worrying about scratching what I’m grabbing or damaging the ring.

Mine are half eternity and yeah I would say the band especially spins. I just adjust it out of habit now as well.

I just got a 3/4 eturnity band and it does spin but not all the way around…pretty sure I am going to go get my rings solderd soon because of it.

My band is half eternity, micro pavé set, and I had them soldered to stop the spinning.

Mine is a half eternity and most the time its pretty lined up most the time if I’m warm and my rings arent spinning much.   If i’m cold at all and its loose it wont stay at all.

@pinkshoes:  Mine do the same thing.

Although they spin when I am cold…I’m scared to get them resized.  1. for the integrity of the settings and I’m terrified diamonds will start falling out after I do it and 2. I hate ring muffin-top and living in Florida it is so hot and humid that I can take the spinning for a few months

My engagement ring and wedding band are both half eternity bands with hand engraving on the rest and the inside.  They spun and rarely stayed lined up.  I didn’t want to solder them because I thought I might wear them separately but then I figured if it was a situation where my e-ring would be too big or be worried about damage, I wouldn’t want to be wearing my band either.  So I soldered them and now they look great plus they fit a little more snugly now so they don’t spin at all and I don’t have to worry about the engraving rubbing/wearing down.

Yes mine has diamonds on either side of the center on e ring and half eternity band. I have bumps on both rings and they still don’t stay lined up. I am slightly obsessive about keeping them lined up. We are having a vow renewal five months after our civil ceremony in November. I am thinking of having them soldered after that.
