Yes I would.  I’ve danced with my FI’s friends before, it’s all good fun!

It depends – if this was someone who I know well and was good friends with, I wouldn’t hesitate.  If it was just a casual acquaintance, I would probably decline.  DH wouldn’t care either way but I just wouldn’t be very comfortable dancing with someone I am not close to.

In fact, it’s better that he knows you’re there with your SO.  That means he knows it’s just friends dancing and nothing more.

    I probably wouldn’t. I just wouldn’t feel comfortable.

Not bump and grind dancing but up beat music, yes I will.

Dancing is fun, and I would be very happy. But then again, if it’s a proper dance, not like bump and grind as one of the pp’s stated.

I think it would depend on who asked. If he were a friend I would not even think about declining but a random guy or someone I’ve only met before would be awkard and I would most likely say no. I attended a wedding without Darling Husband once and had a really great time dancing with college friends and doing the 8th grade sway during the slow dances.

I’d dance.  It’s just a dance.  No big deal, IMO.

It would depend on who the other guy is. If it’s a friend of mine of a friend of my husband’s, then yeah, I would. If we didn’t know the guy, I’d probably politely decline and go find my husband. 🙂

I’m not a big dancer, so it would depend on the person… But Fiance doesn’t like to dance much so if I wanted to and one of his friends asked I would.

I once went to a wedding where the groom asked me to dance with him at his wedding (it was more of a group dance) I thought it was really sweet of him to pull me out on the dance floor like that.  🙂  So it just depends on the situation and person asking.

depends who it is and what kind of dance. a good friend to an up beat song (but not grinding, ew, does anyone actually do that outside of clubs or high school dances?), for sure. someone i don’t know too well or a slow song, maybe not. but in our social circle, most dancing is kind of done in groups, i rarely dance w/ just one person besides a slow song

Yep!  I would.  Even if it was a total stranger…. . As long as it wasn’t a mushy slow dance where we’d be super close…
