    @karmalkween: Girl and here’s hoping!

    I went down this list: http://www.bellybelly.com.au/pregnancy/old-wives-tales-boy-or-girl#.UvrAQfuoRm4

    -Chinese calendars all said girl.

    -Heart rate of 158 bpm says girl.

    -This baby has craved NOTHING but citrus from the very beginning which also says girl (apparently). More sweet and juice/fruit no sour, salty or protein for the boy.

    -Soft skin, no usual winter dryness indicates girl.

    -Hair thing glossy versus dull….can’t tell. My hair is pretty nice all the time so I call this a wash.

    -Number is odd (30 + 11) so girl.

    -Morning sickness means a girl but I only had tons of nausea but no vomiting. Does that count as boy or girl?

    What is this baking soda test?

    I truly believe in the leg hair one. If your leg hair slows way down, it’s a girl. If it grows normally or faster, boy. This one has been right for sooooooooo many people I know- including myself! ๐Ÿ™‚

    @karmalkween:  I tried everything old wives tale i could find, because the wait was killing me. They all said the same thing, girl, and I had a girl.  Chiness calendar, swilends a necklace over my belly, baking soda etc.. Have you tried the red cabbage test?  That one was kinda confusing but I already had cabbage in the fridge, so it wasn’t like I was out anything. It was had to tell the difference between boy and girl. I even tried the bleach test, even though I guess it probably wasn’t really reccomended. I can’t stand being in suspence though.

    @karmalkween:  I don’t know about old wive’s tales but I do remember my dr telling me usually girls had faster heart rates than boys (over 150bpm). Mine had a high heart rate and sure enough, was a girl.

    My baby’s heartrate is 164bpm, the chinese gender chart said girl, and I’ve had awful, awful morning sickness. I’m thinking I’m having a girl! The Old Wives Tales literally come out half and half for me though..grrr just a few more weeks untilI find out!

    I can’t tell what you’re having but my BPM I’d say girl!? I’m totally trying that baking soda test in like 5 minutes by the way, lol
