Has anyone ever seen myjewelrybox.com? This guy started it after he spent awhile looking for a ring for his girlfriend and found that there were very limited options for people who wanted high quality on a low-ish budget. Apparently his family was in the jewelry business so he used his connections to start this web site and give big discounts because it’s all online – there’s no store location so he saves on a lot on overhead costs. The site is neat, they list the cut and clarity and weight and stuff. I don’t know much about diamonds but SO and I agreed that we’ll probably go out and find the style I want but order it through this web site to save money. Here’s one of my favorites, though I do need to see what it looks like on me:

“Vendors are allowed to comment, but please do not blatantly promote your company (or spam).”
ETA: ok, it was reading like an advertisement.

@KatyElle: I’m not a vendor! Just sharing helpful info with waiting bees. I’m actually in the real estate industry LOL

I appreciate the info.
I also think that anoyone who says “cut and clarity and WEIGHT and STUFF” probably isn’t in the jewelry industry 🙂

Yay I’m glad some people at least found it interesting. I’m wondering if I can find anyone who has had any experience with this company (other than the reviews on their web site). It’s scary ordering a purchase that huge online ya know? But it’s tempting because their prices seem so reasonable.
