ZebraPrintMe:  I personally will probably do either a pale pink/nude color, or do no nail polish at all. I never wear polish on my hands, and I don’t like the look of it. I also have a strong hatred for French Tips, so that’s way out of the question for me personally, haha.

Also, Essie makes some beautiful nude colors, as does Julep.

I did a sheer shimmery white with a design on the ring fingers. I wish I could remember the name of the polish. It was almost opal colored.

I personally find French tips a little dated looking so I think I’ll be doing something neutraL like a light pink I think. But I also love something like the glitter nails above. I might do just the ring finger like a statement nail.

I’m quite pale too, so I’ve had those moments of regret walking out of the nail bar with something that’s not-quite-right for my tone. I am planning to have a deep fushcia colour, most likely ‘Ate Berries in the Canaries’ by OPI. I have that colour at home so I know it will be a safe bet. I typically have my nails short and round for work purposes, but I’m thinking of having them longer and quite round for the day, a la Lana Del Rey

I’m boring. I filed my nails evenly, made sure they were clean, and buffed them. Ta-da. No nail polish, nothing special. Just good ol’ fashioned neat nails and buffed to shine.

I’m pale and don’t like long nails (obviously French tips are out due to that) so I found a nice pinky/melon color that wasn’t too bright. I’m not a huge fan of ballet slipper pink and nude colors on my nails wash me out- it’s like my nails and skin are the same color. If you’re into pale pink, that sounds like a nice alternative!

I really love the look of matching your nails to your flowers, if it’s a flattering color on you.  http://www.julep.com/blog/the-brides-guide-to-wedding-nails/

I did my friends nails for their weddings, 1 did a nude/pink shimmery color and the other we did a sparkly gold metallic.

I’m not engaged just yet, but I will probably have my nails a lavendar color to match the bridesmaid’s dresses.  I’ll probably have my bridesmaids paint their nails grey or silver.

I did a really pale pink gel manicure on my fingers and bright pink gel on my toes for my honeymoon

Curlycupcake:  I’m doing something pretty similar, did this for my bridal shower, and I loved it! Didn’t get the best pic of the nails, but here’s one:

I was thinking of a light blue as my “something blue”

But my skin tone looks really great with blues so my nails are usually some shade of blue anyway
