Well the title says it all really. I’m a mess. Today was meant to be the day Darling Husband & I would officially share our pregnancy news. But, instead we had a miscarriage & I’m sitting here alone balling my eyes out while Darling Husband is at work. Didn’t think the day would hit me so hard.
On a side note to any other bees who have had an early MC. Did your cycle return to normal soon? I’m on CD31 & already ‘late’ for AF.

@Munchy: oh your poor thing. It’s a really difficult time but it will get easier to deal with.

I’m really sorry for your loss 🙁
I lost a pregnancy early on, it was a blighted ovum at 6 weeks. Unfortunately the tissue did not pass so I had a D&C a month ago. I got AF 12 days later, so I’m back to TTC.
It’s different for all women. Some get back on track right away, some have a couple months getting back on track. FX for you.

I had a missed mc around 8 weeks and treated it medically at around 9 weeks. Then AF returned 41 days later. I think the average for AF to return is supposed to be around 4-6 weeks. Hang in there.

@Munchy: I’m so sorry for your loss. I had an early miscarriage at 5 weeks, decided to try TTC the same cycle. I know for sure I O’d on CD20 which is normal for me given my cycle is usually 31-32 days. I should get AF on April 8 if I’m not pg. Like a PP said every woman is different. Hugs

Don’t have any advice, just wanted to say this is all very normal right now and in time you will feel a bit better.
((hugs)) go eat a chocolate bunny with some girl friends.

I’m sorry. 🙁 Big hugs.
My first cycle after my MC / “chemical pregnancy” my period was 2 weeks late, but I was already starting meds for a frozen embryo transfer cycle so it could have been that too. But, yes, I think your cycles can be irregular for a bit after a MC.
Hope you’re hanging in there.
