I can’t believe I’m finally MARRIED!!! It’s unreal, but amazing. I absolutely love being married to my best friend and we’ve had an absolute blast getting started on our marriage.
I only have 1 pro. pic so far, so I’m going to post some that my brother took for us from setting up and some more that my awesome bridesmaids got of our first look.. just because I’m so excited to show you all some pictures!!!
*Reception — we used mismatched china plates which were a HUGE hit… our centerpieces included our favorite books (each table was a unique genre with a description of the genre and why we liked it on the back of the table number), a tea cup candle, and a bud vase with a tulip. This is in the middle of the set up, so it’s not the finished look 🙂
*Our sweetheart table — if you’re unsure about having one I HIGHLY recommend it!! I loved having some time to ourselves to talk and be alone during the reception.
*Cookie buffet which doubled as part of dessert and our favors!! This was hands down one of my favorite parts. We had 150 DOZEN cookies and they were gone by the end of the night! It was a huge hit!
*Pew decorations. I loved how my church looks undecorated, so I wanted to focus on the architechture and simplicity of the sanctuary. This is basically all we did to the inside, along with vases of forsythia in the windows.
*The good stuff… our first look courtesy of my bridesmaids!! I loved this so much and it was perfect for us. It was fantastic to see my husband (!!) and get some jitters out before the actual ceremony.
*So far, this is my favorite non-pro pic. I’m describing all the details of my dress to him and I absolutely LOVE the expression on my man’s face! Love it…
*And lastly (for now!), this is a sneak peak of our pro pics! I cannot wait to get them all back and post some cause our photog was freakin awesome! I snuck some peeks at them on her camera and they are breathtaking… but for now… here’s the only one I have…
Thanks for letting me share, ladies!!~MRS. Piglet 🙂
