Cute Idea!  I’m a Helper Bee — it is quite a big jump to the Busy Bee.

By the way, Mr Bee, do comments on the Bee’s post count too, or only on the boards?

I’m just a newbee! Seems like by the time I get to most threads, I’d just be repeating something similar to what’s been said. I like to feel like I’m adding something new to the conversation. πŸ™‚

Oh, and in regards to the categories… they seem a little too spaced out to me. Maybe a different level every 100 posts or so up to a thousand? Then bigger gaps between? Maybe that’s just my newness talking. πŸ™‚

I’m a helper bee! These are adorable!

I suggest readjusting the levels. I accumulated 200-odd posts in 7 months (which to me felt like a lot)…so it would take me years at this rate to get to the next level of 1,000 posts, and most people probably don’t stick around that long. It would be more fun to work to get to the next level if they were closer together. I suggest:

Wannabee: 0 posts
Newbee: 10+ posts (5 might be too low a threshold)
Worker bee: 50+ posts
Helper bee: 100+ posts
Busy bee: 250+ posts
Bumble bee: 500+ posts
Honey bee: 750+ posts
and….Queen bee: 1000+ (you can credit my husband for this one)

Also, could the bee level status display as part of the member profile?
