congratulations!!! and I LOVE monogrammed items, maybe one of those hoodie towels for bath time that’s monogrammed or a crochet blanket, hat, and booties.  i still have my son’s crocheted blanket from his birth and he loves it!

Congrats! ADORABLE name! I agree with the momograms. I did that for my friend’s baby.

Diapers!  =)

And I know the feeling!  My sis had her baby boy last November!  He’s already a year old!  =)

@PitBulLover: I bought one for a friend some months ago, i don’t know if she already used it, but she loved it. I created a huge gift box for her, these are the things i remember ( i will post the rest as soon as i remember again):

For the baby: the babyprints tin, diapers, moist wipes, nike infant shoes (soooo cute, i also love infant Chucks), baby socks, different bibs (bought a cute one at Walmart for 1$, it says something like “My mommy loves me”), babygrows, and a Winnie Pooh towel

For her: a maternity summer dress, different magazines for parents-to-be, nursing pads, nursing tea, and some fun stuff like earplugs and ready meals ๐Ÿ™‚

I also bought tons of scrapbooking stuff, and right now i am making a picture frame. It´s not finished yet, currently it looks like this:

There was much more, but right now i do not remember. But i also gave her some more personal things, that has nothing to do with the baby. People tend to give baby stuff only once a baby is born, for christmas, birthday etc. But a mother ( and of course a father) is not only a mother, she is also an individual person that has own wishes and needs, and if i were pregnant or a mother i think i would be depressed if i didn’t get any presents for me alone anymore. And also thinking about the pain that comes along with giving birth to a child, the mother definately has to be “rewarded” for that ๐Ÿ™‚

I remember some more things: baby socks, breast oil ( because she was totally afraid of getting stretch marks), nipple cream, and a bath thermometer that has the shape of a rubber duck

Maybe your SIL has a favorite food, like an expensive chocolate she normally doesn’t buy herself, or maybe a nice bath salt or oil with her favorite scent.

When my college roomie had her baby, her SIL got her something like this, but in a onesie style:

Hehe… I think it’s adorable! ๐Ÿ™‚
