@ANewMrs:  Why all the open circles? Are you temping at different times? Also, did you recently stop birth control?

@ANewMrs:  The open circles mean you’re temping at different times – FF does that if you’re outside of a 30 minute window.  Usually, after coming off BCP, it takes a couple cycles for your body to regulate so you may ovulate late for a couple cycles.  For example, I O’d at CD19 my first month off the pill, then CD16 for a couple months, and now I’ve settled in at CD12-13 regularly for the last 6 months.  So, you may O a little late this month.  Based on your chart, it doesn’t look like you’ve O’d yet.

Doesn’t look like you’ve O-ed yet. Try to set an alarm for the same time every morning to temp. It’ll get rid of all those white circles and your chart will likely be less jagged. Also, your temperatures look quite low to me. :S Is it cold in your bedroom/do you notice that you’re sleeping with your mouth open? (I do all the time)

I agree that you haven’t ovulated yet.  Especially if this is your first couple cycles off birth control, things could still be wonky.  And white circles indicate the software thinks the temp doesn’t match it’s prediction, or it thinks something’s off, like the time you temped.

I set mine for 5 am so it would wake me from a deeper sleep, and try to get the truest basal temp.  Some people also temp vaginally since things like sleeping with your mouth open will affect that less.

@ANewMrs:  You can go back and change the times in FF to make them all match up. That way it’ll chill out & not reject a bunch of temps for no reason (bad FF!). It uses their level of accuracy in it’s O predictions.

@ANewMrs:  Late O doesn’t affect your LP, just means a later period. ๐Ÿ™‚

I appreciate these answers, as I am in the same boat, coming off BCP impant on V-day and started charting this week.
