@lisha_1988:  I am so sorry to hear that!!  I am getting married in September and I can tell you I have had the WORST highs and lows of wedding planning as well.  Don’t ruin it!!  This too shall pass.  My Fi’s sister is pregnant (unplanned) and is due the week after the wedding!!  So she can, too, go at anytime.  I know how you feel, BUT you know what I finally realized?  That just REMEMBER…YOUR WEDDING IS ONE DAY!!  Babies are a lifetime, people can go see the baby plenty after your wedding, and most people realize that. As for your sister, just completely ignore her, it’s HER loss that she can’t support your on your day and she’s ridiculously immature…and most people are going to look down on her anyways for being 18 and knocked up, and look at YOU as the smart one.  I’m sure she doesn’t realize that being on welfare wouldn’t be that fun. 😉  Just think about how HAPPY you will be that day!  It’s not about anyone else, it’s about YOU and your Fi that day for the world to see!!  Good luck, lady!!

So sorry the drama is distruping your plans for a beautiful wedding. If you don’t want the drama I would find somewhere to have the wedding like a park or a friends home. invite just a hand full of people wear your dress and have some fun.

Some people are so incredibly stupid and mean. Even if the wedding is one day, I expect people to support the bride and groom fully leading up to it and actually BE THERE (at least emotionally) on the one day. I’m sorry you have to go through this. Some people will pay attention to your sister and those are the people who you don’t need to bother going out of your way to please. You will get through this and have a wonderful wedding with the people that love you and are there for you and all the others can piss off.

I feel bad for the baby. It’s going to have one hard life ahead of it with parents that idiotic.

I am sorry you have to deal with this….but think of it this way…..then you owe it to yourself to have the BEST darn wedding you can and have loads of fun and if at all possible be sure to record it so you she can see what a great night she missed just by being vindictive. Don’t let anyone steal your sunshine….continue to glow and roll with the punches… have a great wedding anyway.

Wow you sound awfully judgemental about your sister! Maybe she feels your judgement and that is why she said that she got pregnant just to mess with your wedding(which really is probably highly unlikely and was more likely an accident).

I suggest eloping that way you can have all the attention- you can still have “princess wedding” if you elope.

@lisha_1988:  OH NO!!  I’m so sorry you’re going through such a hard time.  What a great opportunity, though, to spend some qulity time with your family.  Maybe after a while it will be a great inspiration for the wedding so you can honor her and make her proud.  🙂

Hang in there…
