Mrssaavy :  Aww thank you! I always get so happy when people tell me they love my ring ๐Ÿ˜Š Of course I’ll share the specs! The center stone is a 1.01 carat oval brilliant, G color, VS1 clarity. The measurements are 7.93 x 5.79 x 3.55 mm. The GIA doesn’t assign cut grades to ovals, but the jeweler we bought it from (he has a great reputation so I trusted him to be honest) said it was cut excellently. So I think it’s pretty important to get a professional’s opinion about the cut of an oval before buying one! I’ve read stories about a diamond sounding amazing on paper, but not looking amazing in person for one reason or another. Let me know if you need anymore information! ๐Ÿ™‚

Also, just for reference, my ring size is 3.75.

Your ring is lovely, not a big fan of marquis cut but ur ruin is beautiful and looks Soper pretty on ur hand.   Mine isn’t diamond but white Sapphire, octagonal emerald cut with trillion sides.

I LOVE everyone’s rings. I am obsessed with marquise. I just went from a 1.37 round to this 1.52 beauty. Ring size is 6.5. I posed all over this site stating I was 7.25, but I was wrong, in searching for a band I discovered its actually a 6.5 lol. Anyway, I NEVER thought I would ever go for a marquise but I am sure glad I did. Its so bitchy and I love it, LOL JK. Super rare and equally as fun is its history. Cheers.
