I agree with some of the previous posters; I think a bigger stone would be too much for your finger.

I think your ring is gorgeous! And I love your setting. Mine is not from Tiffany’s, but it is a very similar setting. I love how classic it looks.
Not small at all. My center stone is around half a carat. When I tried rings on anything over half a carat looked comically huge on my finger so I think it depends on personal preference more than anything.
Congratulations!!! Welcome!
I have a G colored diamond and yours looks very similiar to mine. not that I’m some diamond expert…I’m just another engaged woman.
I have no idea what people are talking about that it “shrinks” because I have gf’s that have been married over 5 years and she feels her ring looks exactly the same. Maybe its abot getting used to it? I’d like to know when that happens because I’m still getting used to mine. =)
I’m wondering why you feel it’s small? Did someone say something?
Have a wonderful time planning!
@saldanha84: your ring looks beautiful =D the size looks perfect on your finger!
Anyway, I just wanted to say I support your head banging, Hahah. 🙂
It’s a beautiful, perfect ring & looks fabulous on your finger! !
If you like it, that’s all that matters. Sure, he could have gotten more for the money. He paid a mighty price for the blue box your ring came in. But if that blue box is important to you, so be it. And perhaps he could have spent more. So? There’s no obligation to empty one’s bank account to pay for some bling. Perhaps he wants to use that money towards your marriage. So often on WB, people are so focused on the wedding day that they seem to forget that it is just one day, and there is a marriage afterwords. I thought my size 5.5 finger is small, and big stones looks silly. In my opinion, a bigger stone may look clownish on you. But who cares? That’s my opinion. If you want a ring that I think is clownish, that doesn’t matter. It’s what YOU like that counts. And regarding the setting, it’s classic and timeless. It will go with whatever sort of wedding band you like, allowing you to go as blingy or simple as you like. You also have the option to get another band to go on top of your e-ring to mix up the look. If you love it, that’s all that matters. Even if someone didn’t like it, whether for the size, cut, style, etc., they’d be pretty tacky to tell you that, and frankly, their opinion doesn’t matter.
@saldanha84: I think the ring is absolutely beautiful. If you want something flashy you can always go with an eternity band which I think would look pretty.
Congrats on your engagement!!!!
Congratulations and welcome to the bee!
Your ring is gorgeous, and it looks well over a carat on your tiny fingers!
I don’t think it’s too small at all. It is in proportion with your finger, and that diamond is so sparkly And, the colour is lovely! I love how G, H and I diamonds look warmer in certain lighting, and cooler in others.
