I just wanted to let you know that this past month I started working out regularly. FINALLY.
I do yoga (usually either 30 or an hour) daily, and run every other day. And I have been feeling amazing lately.
Have any of you started a workout routine and feeling the results?

Yeah, it’s not just about losing weight, but for me it was not to feel tired all the time. With this, I am so awake. It’s incredible. Good luck with your exercise!

Ive started 30 Day Shred. I love how tight my muscles feel and I can totally see a difference but I would love to start yoga to improve my flexibility and get back to the gym for some extra cardio.
