Omg, I can’t believe it, my wedding is tomorrow!!! I’m completely freaking out!
I know anxiety is normal right before you’re getting married, but I honestly didn’t think I’d be this bad!! I’m not anxious at all about “being married,” my Fiance and I have been together for almost 11 years and have lived together for a while now, but the wedding itself is really freaking me out. I don’t like to be the center of attention and thinking about how everyone is going to be looking at me all day and how I’m going to be “on display” all day is really making me nervous and stressed.
Anyone have any tips, advice, things they did at their wedding to help them calm down or deal with the jitters of the day??
I’m getting ready with my bridesmaids starting at 11 am and the wedding begins at 7:15 pm and goes until 1:15 am….I’m so worried that it’s going to be too long of a day. I love my bridesmaids, they’re some of my best friends, but generally I relax better when I’m by myself and not around a lot of people. Any advice on how to handle this??
Thanks bees <3

@AGTbee: YAY have a wonderful wedding day! Have a banana if you have them around – they help with the nerves, i promise. 🙂 Also, delegate as much as possible – it’s your day! If you need time to yourself, maybe schedule in some you and husband time just after you get married (take 10-20-30 minutes to yourselves, whatever you can afford without people missing you guys!). Happy wedding days, and congratulations in advance!

@AGTbee: i’m a bridal hairstylist/makeup artist and EVERY SINGLE bride i’ve done has been for some strange reason super duper calm the day of! maybe bring out some mimosas to have while you’re getting ready. everyone around you will be taking care of everything so you really just have to get pretty! live in the moment! ENJOY your day!! congratulations!!

@AGTbee: Tomorrow’s the big day!!!! I’m anxious too, but I’m tying up ALL the loose ends today so that tomorrow I can just breathe and relax as much as possible.
I’m also worrying about getting (and staying) asleep tonight! Last night wasn’t a great sleep for me…

@brooklyn_bee: I ditto the mimosas. Cut the OJ with soda water though- it will help with the inevitable sugar high.
