…gonna get BC pills!
Hooray! Married for 5 months without being on the pill has been a pain! It’s taken forever for me to get to the Dr. because I had to wait for my new insurance after getting married, then my Dr. was SUPER busy, so I had to wait a month to get in for an appointment and lo and behold! I would be on Shark Week. So, I had to cancel and make a new appointment that was another month later because the Dr. was on vacation. So my appointment comes up and BOOM! Shark Week again. I even set the appointment a week after just in case, but I forgot Febuary was a short month (i have a 30 day cycle), so it ended up being right on time. Ugh.
But they were able to get me in for tomorrow! Hooray! No more condoms! Hooray!
Although I’m very excited about the BC pills… NOT excited about the actual appointment. My Dr. is awesome and funny. His nurse is fantastic. I just hate the part where I have to spread my legs. 🙁 I know it lasts >5 minutes, but ick!
Anyone else excited/not excited at the same time about going in to see their Girly Doctor? lol.

Oh I HATE going to the gyno. I actually should make an appointment because I need to renew my BC prescription, but it is my least favorite day of the year. Ugh. And I always request a female doctor. I usually try to get the first appointment of the day, so I can get it over with. I hate when I have a later appointment because I just think about it all day leading up to the appointment time. Ughhh! Totally sucks.

@JenniMichele: Yeah, if it wasn’t for my rockin’ Dr. I would totally hate it! The first thing he said to me when I went in was “So! When am I gonna have some BABIES!?” I was like, “That’s why I’m HERE! I don’t want any babies yet!” lol.
@jessjess: Yeah, it’s going to be so NICE to not have to worry!

I’m going tomorrow too, ugh!! It’s to renew my prescription though. I love my doc but I hate the whole process and really wish I could just get a renewal without having to go every year.

@LaurenK0105: Fo’ sho! Or maybe every 2 years? That’d be nice.
