Guys, you gotta help me!
For years, I’ve wanted to be unique and have my wedding colors as yellow and gray. But lately I’ve been flirting with the idea of changing up the colors. My bridesmaids are actually going to be wearing short navy dresses, because I couldn’t find any gray dresses I liked, and we ended up deciding to use navy as an “accent color,” but that means the yellow needs to be featured in the flowers. I’m not a huge fan of all yellow flowers, but what choice do I have.
Lately I’ve been ogling over photos of navy and pink/fuchsia weddings. And now I just cannot decide. I love the pinks and peaches featured in their flowers. HELP ME! i don’t want to have any regrets either way!
The wedding is Sept. 1 in Charleston, SC and is outside, pretty low key, and in a tent. Here are 2 photos:

I prefer colors that men like as well as women. Not to be stereotypical, but not many men LOVE pink. Therefore, I would go with the navy/yellow option.

Go with what you prefer. If you wanted yellow you can add cream or white flowers.

I voted for the pinks and navy and gray. I feel the navy and yellow flowers are too primary color-ish? Not sure, the pinks just stood out more in the pictures to me
I also think pink and gray would look cute together!

I love the pink and live a few hours from Charleston. The pinks though are peonies (often) and you might want to make sure of the delivery because they are a spring early summer flower. But of course there are lots of pink flowers.

Your flowers don’t have to strictly fit your colors. If you want yellow, gray, & navy, but you’re hesistant because of the way the bouquets will look, add some more colors to the bouquets! You could have a few white, gold, orange, or even pink flowers in the bouquets to break them up a bit, but then let the rest of the decorations just be yellow, gray, & navy.

I like the pink better — so pretty with the navy. And there are so many shades of pink flowers that look amazing when bunched together. All I can think of are the great flower options . . .
But, yellow is nice, too (I love yellow roses!).
Really you can’t go wrong.

I LOVE yellow! And I agree…it keeps the wedding from feeling too feminine (the groom is half the picture, right?!) Here are some pictures of the yellow and gray flowers we had…I thought they turned out beautiful, and different. Sorry the pics are HUGE!
