eeeeeee! I got married this past Saturday and am still on Cloud 9!!! The day was absolutely perfect! It’s so surreal posting this right now. I’ve been on this board a long time following all of you & your journeys. I admit I’ve been more of a lurker than a poster, but nonetheless still an active member in some way. Everything was absolutely perfect. It was better than I even imagined it to be. During our ceremony I thought I would have been so nervous to say our vows and exchange rings in a church FULL of people, but I just looked at my Groom and blocked everyone out. It was just him & I in that moment and it was so magical! My reception venue hit it out of the park with the food and service. My decor was beyond my dreams. My flower arrangements were so full & lush I honestly squealed when I walked into the room for the first time. My vision was nailed and it was spectacular to me. My now husband and I lived together for a year before we were married and a lot of people say nothing has really changed once they get married, but to me it has. Something has shifted and I just feel so elated and like our dynamic is different now that we are husband and wife. I don’t have the pictures back yet but here’s a few that people took on the day-of. I will update this post as I get more pictures in!
For all of my Ontario, Canada brides, I used the following vendors and give them all 5+ stars! They were really really exceptional!

awesome! I honestly did SO much research beforehand and can’t tell you enough how much of a cost savings it is to go with someone a bit more out of town. I inquired with Rachel A. Clingen for my flowers and it was $200 more PER centrepiece! I had 18 so already it was $3600 more for a Toronto vendor just on centrepieces! Not including linens, church decor or bouquets. Princess Weddings is SO willing to work with any budget as well. She threw in 3 crystal chandeliers with my backdrop as well. The owner’s name is Ashley and she is honest to god, a dream to work with. She would email me photos when she was out shopping and say “hey I’m out & about. What do you think of this?”. She was SO thoughtful and beats ANYONE on pricing. I couldn’t believe it! I thought I was going to have to go with someone from Woodbridge or Toronto for all of my stuff and I was worried I’d blow the budget very quickly. If you have any questions on anything don’t hesitate to ask 🙂
