Hey, I can inderstand. What I suggest you do is, do NOT look at the clock. And if you must try to limit the amount of times you do.

Then get a Mountain Dew. It has given me tons of energy when I needed it energy bad!

I hope the two suggestions have helped. And just remember no matter how you feel, time is always moving forward. Closer to the time you get off from work. 🙂

Is there anywhere in your office you could sneak off and take a nap?

Just kidding…but maybe try getting up and walking around once an hour. That helps me feel more awake! Good luck!

I understand completely.  I worked last night, clocked out at 7 am, went to get my blood test done sine it was fasting at 7:30.  I didn’t leave there until 8:25ish.  Went to get breakfast because I was starved.  Got home and went to sleep around 9:30 and have been up since 12:30.  Now I get to go back to work tonight with absolutely no sleep.  Ugh.

Hope your day is going by super fast for you.

Ugh, I hate work.  I worked a 6-day workweek this week and every day after work, I had to stay late for some stupid thing, too.  What got me through was the thought of the one day off I’ll have where I’ll get to sleep in (today – slept for 12 hrs straight) and the thought that I’m doing this for a better future.  Just keep thinking about the bigger picture when it gets tough!

@Brideonabudgetlauren:  I’ll drink coffee later.  I only drink water so caffiene usually works well for me.
