I have almost the same body as you! I hate it that my tummy isn’t flat!! It’s so weird. I just wear spanx when I wear a tight dress, also, not a great idea for me to eat carbs on that day!

Yeah I think a week or two of no carb / salty & processed foods / alcohol diet will do the trick!  Plus Spanx.

I have this problem, just on a shorter frame. I’m 5’0″ and at the doctor’s on Friday, 82 pounds but I have this flab on my tummy (no one believes me but it’s there) and it can ruin the silhouette of an outfit so easily. I feel ya! I did low carb for a long time and it burnt the flab right off my tummy for the first time in my life. Don’t go no carb, just LOW carb. I didn’t follow any plans, I followed my own. I know to get into a ketogenic state you have to be under a certain amount of carbs daily which can vary person to person but it’s usually under 50g/day. For me, I had to stay under 20g/day usually but I could go a few days up to 30g/day without leaving ketosis. After a few days at that many, I’d go out. If you want to try low carb, get ketostix. You pee on them and they help you to know if you’re in ketosis. I just know, lol. I get rank keto breath and need to brush my teeth, mouth, tongue like 5 times a day, chew gum, gargle with mouthwash, I eat fennel (helps breath from the tummy up), and it can make you smell a bit funky so no skippng showers.

I find low carb to be easy, but my family calls me “the carnivore” because I love meat sooooo that helps.

Also, have you every tried hooping? Like hula hooping but with a weighted hoop? I made my own weighted hoop, water filled, it’s about 15 pounds and omg that trims my tummy and gives me a NICE waist, too. Not to mention it’s pretty fun, kind of like being a kid again!

Cut back on your sodium, diet pop, sugar free candies with sorbitol (sorbitol is also a laxative and will make you bloat) if you eat those, add lemon to your water for a natural diuretic and SPANX! If you’re like me, I hate the ones that are like giant shorts because they roll down and create double muffin top. I get a full body suit that looks like a swim suit. You can get them strapless and they have a little opening for bathroom needs.

No gluten, reduced dairy, no alcohol/soda, low sodium, no excess sugar, that’s a lot of bloating right there.
