No matter what happens, it will be ok and you have your husbands love and support.

My fiance and I lost a baby in 2009 at 7 weeks, after that horrible experience we decided that when we become pregnant again we will not tell a soul until we are 12 weeks, its was just too horrible having to explain to the people we told what had happened. So you guys made a good decision on keeping things quiet.

Sending nothing but positive energy your way, stay strong.

I am appalled by the lack of compassion and decency from your doctor’s office! No matter what happens tomorrow, you should find a new doctor.

That aside, my thoughts are with you and I hope it turns out okay!

@As_You_Wish:  Oh, I’m so, so sorry you’re dealing with this angst and worry tonight.  What an awful thing to have to worry about all night.  I’m sorry – I’ll be thinking of you and hoping you get some good news in the morning.  Please keep us posted. *hugs*

Praying that everything turns out ok *hugs*

It’s so horrible though, that they wouldn’t tell you anything. It’s not like keeping quiet is going to make you feel any better.

thinking of you….

is your mom close by or a very close girl friend who you can confide in? its not the best situation to tell the news but don’t hide it if you need some support right now – your family and friends will understand why you were waiting to announce

I just want to add to my previous post that what the doctor’s office is doing is completely normal. They want to talk to you in person in a controlled environment. It sucks that you have to wait, but they are actually being quire responsible and compassionate in handling it this way.

I wish you the best of luck as you wait it out until tomorrow.

Sending ((hugs)) and prayers.  I hope you get good news tomorrow… regardless of her ability to read the ultrasound, they should have been able to give you confirmation of something, good or bad.  I agree with the PPs; I’d be looking for a new OB either way.

Oh wow, that’s so terrible of them to leave you with no information. Hopefully everything is fine!

Hugs and prayers~ I hope things end up okay, as mrsSonthebeach mentioned, doctors typically do wait to be able to talk to you in-person and unfortunately do make you wait for answers. 🙁 However, there are some who are a little more lax with HIPAA and who will give more information on the phone, etc. Best of luck to you!
