Aww.. I think most people go through this. The wedding planning process becomes such a huge portion of our lives for so long and POOF! It’s over.

I was sad after our wedding ended, but I found new things to keep myself busy. It’s nice having energy to put into other things ๐Ÿ™‚

We had people contributing to our honeymoon registry up to 5 months after the wedding, if that makes you feel better…

You’ll find new exciting goals to work towards, I promise!

((hugs)) I miss my wedding too. I channelled all my wedding creativity into my Etsy shop and cupcake making though. Just find another outlet for your energy and live vicariously through others via WB ๐Ÿ˜‰

@dynamic_duo: We did a minimoon right after the wedding, but because the honeymoon registry is really cash (honeyfund) it didnt matter when people contributed. Our “big” trip is on our one year anniversary – a 6 month backpacking trip through Asia. A lot of the registry was geared towards that.

I missed mine a LOT right after the wedding! However, other things naturally come up that will occupy your time and you’ll miss it less. Like right now we’re buying a house and that’s taking up more time than wedding planning ever did!

Maybe I’m abnormal but I am so happy that my wedding is over! I enjoyed the day so much and our honeymoon was great but I felt like a crazy person leading up to it & had no idea where my head was at!

I feel normal again now ๐Ÿ™‚

Congratulations on your marriage by the way!

Oh, that is awesome! I’m in history; I study the intellectual/cultural history of maternal employment.
