Im on thhe laptop and didnt realise that Fiance was logged into facebook instead of me, we have many of the same people in our friends list. So Im scrolling through the newsfeed and see a photo that his friend posted of a dead cat and hunting guns, boasting how he shot him ‘on the run and then finished him off’ with the title ‘the only good cat is a dead cat’
Im so effing disgusted. By all of it. The hunting an innocent animal (and by the size I would say kitten) The guns, the boasting. Its physically making me feel sick.

@Pokemon: Report him to animal services… can you do something like that?

Ugh, that is the worst thing I’ve heard in a while 🙁 That is just sick and wrong. What the hell???

He doesnt live in my state, no idea where they are hunting or are. I wish I could

oh my god, do you think your Fiance will get mad if you say something to him?

@Anamagana: He would be just as disgusted, we have two cats (and a dog) and our pets are our babies. He is away on a bucks weekend and wont be back until tomorrow, and I dont want to bother him with this while his enjoying himself.

That is TERRIBLE. Ugh, what a loser that guy must be.

This literally makes me want to rip his balls off….
people who hurt animals are the absolute WORST people in the universe.
If I were you I would send this man a letter about what a horrible excuse of a human being he is.
GOD this makes me so mad I could just cry right now!

I would report him to animal services where he lives. Forward the link to them. They will do the necessary investigation.

That’s horrible. 🙁 HORRIBLE. Poor kitten.

I’m okay with hunting appropriate animals (deer, etc) given that the hunters treat it respectfully and don’t waste the remains… but this is completely different. a CAT?!
I’d report him. If nothing else, the police wlll have it on record
Post # 14
Oh my goodess, I would be devistated! What did you do?
I feel sick just reading about it. I’d definitely report the photo in the hope’s they’d take it down and he realizes that at least some people don’t think it’s cool. I think Facebook has a policy against gore, so you might be able to click that box.

@Pokemon: Are they in Australia? Because it doens’t matter if you don’t know where they are as long as you have their name. Report them to the RSPCA and keep a copy (print screen or whatever) of the feed that clearly states their name and shows the photo.
He will get a nice fine and a charge because the RSPCA takes that shit seriously. (The RSPCA has the authority to bring criminal charges here in Australia in case anyone was wondering why I said to contact them).
