I really like your dress, I think you look amazing in it! I second the idea for a sparkly sash, I think it would be a nice focal point if you think something is missing.
Eta: just saw your reply on belts… I still think it loois great on you as it is.

That dress is really pretty! And agree with PP that a sparkly sash or belt could jazz it up (but it’s not necessary).
I also will point out that many people experience dress regret in the opposite way you are experiencing it – they buy a dress for mucho $$ and then wish they spent less!

makes me think of grace kelly and kate middleton’s dresses
and with a simple dress design you’re open to pretty much ANY accessories that you feel like wearing

your dress is very pretty, don’t doubt yourself in it, you look gorgeous.

I think your dress is really gorgeous and you look great in it – and that’s even before the 10lbs lost (go you!). Think of it this way – your dress is so elegant and classy and timeless. In 10, 20, 50 years from now, you won’t look back and ask yourself what the heck you were thinking wearing that dress!
I know you said you preferred the dress without the belt/sash, but I would probably add a beaded sash for the reception.
You can also dress it up with some blingy jewelry. Check out esty.com for some swarovski crystal jewelry that is really beautiful!

I think you look lovely. To be honest, I think there’s something to said for modest dresses – I often like higher necklines and shoulder coverage. If you change your mind about a belt or a sash, I think it would look great, but you look beautiful anyway. And with a simple dress, you can pick some interesting accessories without it taking away from the dress.

Oh my god, I love your dress! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, there’s a lot of beauty and elegance in simplicity. It’s very flattering and beautiful; I wish they made more dresses like this! It’s really refreshing to see something different. Please don’t feel sad about your dress, you look beautiful, your dress is beautiful, and you’ll be a beautiful bride.
I also agree that this is a dress that won’t make you cringe 20 years from now.

Wow! You look gorgeous! Though with that figure I think you could wear a pillowcase and still rock it.
Plus I love modesty in a wedding dress. I don’t understand wanting to look like a hoochie on your wedding day, personally. Boobies are for the wedding night!

I think you look beautiful in it! Like a PP said your dress is timeless and classic. I’d also try the belt maybe for the reception, but you look wonderful in your dress!

You look beautiful, don’t second-guess your dress for a second! It’s classic and lovely!!

I think you look beautiful! There is nothing wrong with your dress whatsoever. If you want it a little flashier add some accessories, a belt, or other things. But it looks great on you!

I love it! Classic and timeless, you look great in it too.

I can be a bit mean when it comes to wedding dresses and turn my nose up but I was really surprised after what you said when I saw your dress. It is really really pretty. I actually think it is very elegant and lovely.
Very good choice!
