Time. 🙂 And more exercise to warm up and stretch out your muscles. It’s probably just DOMS, I get it when I haven’t work out for a long time and start back up.

at the moment – robax, its painkiller + muscle relaxant and a hot bath

Glutamine powder. Epsom Salt baths. Stretch. Hydrate.
