So im in love with two totally different types of wedding bands. the thing is, both would have to be custom made and i have an appointment with a jewler tomorrow about creating my band (he also custom made my e-ring) but now i dont know which direction to go in and my meeting is tomorrow! As soon as i settle on one i end up changing my mind and going back and forth between the two. Here is a picture of my e-ring and heres 2 a picture of each of the bands that i like…

i think the floral (2nd band) would go lovely with your e-ring. has the same diamond-cluster feel. let us know what you decide!

I think the floral pattern of the second band really compliments your ering.

I like the first one best with your ering, but the second best for wearing sans ering. I don’t like curved bands on their own.

I love number 2! It’s so pretty and the best part is that you can wear it by itself without looking incomplete.

the 1st band is so pretty and unique, but I’ll bet you will constantly be adjusting them so your two rings are lined up.
the 2nd ring is gorgeous, and as a 3/4 eternity, you won’t have to adjust it so often!

I love the second one, but I think the contour of the first one would fit nicely with your e-ring. Either way, they are both gorgeous!!!

So i had my appointment yesterday and here is what we came up with… It going to be a band similar to the floral one but with these specifications… its going to essentially be a mix of these two rings

the general scrolliness of this band (above), but with some marque (leaf shaped) diamonds like this band (below) has, along with the little 3 stone clusters to match my e-ring. It will be in white gold to match my other ring.

the band will be no more then 4mm wide, which is twice the thicknes of my e-ring. I tried on similar ones at the jewelers but they were all over 5mm and way to cluncky. He said he would have the wax mold done by next week and the final ring done the week after that! I’m so excited to actually see the ring in person and to FINALLY have my wedding band after searching for the right one for over a year and a half! and the best part is some of these rings are over $3000 and having a similar one made is only going to be about $600! Yay for custom rings! haha Thanks for all your input! : )

Thanks guys! I was supposed to go back to the jewelers today to see the wax mold of my ring, make any changes and approve it to be cast in metal BUT (dun dun dun) when i called to make sure it would be ready i was told that “something came up that the jeweler had to attend to” aka: he didnt even start my ring yet and probably wouldnt have called to tell me if i hadnt just called myself. I was SO excited to see it today and now im pretty bummed about it. They said it would be ready in a few days but i cant make it down there until NEXT saturday. i know its only a week later but its torture! ill take pics of the mold once i finally see it next week, and it better be ready! : ) p.s. sorry for the vent!
