No surprise here, I’m unsure of which dress to make THE dress. I’m not the kind of bride who puts on a dress and knows it’s better than the rest – so I’m here, bees, looking for your help and perspective.
Overall, I’m interested in a strapless dress that is fitted to the body, preferred with sweetheart neckline. We are getting married in early June in a botanical park.
1. Classic Fit and Flare
2. Ultra Beaded Fit and Flare
3. Unique Lace Pattern w Sweetheart Top
4. Nude Dress w White Sparking Rose Lace
5. Sparkly Unique Lace with Strange Neckline
My initial thoughts are, should I go a with a very beautiful classic dress, or be a bit more daring with an unusual lace pattern? Thanks in advance for taking a look and sharing your thoughts!

I cast my vote for number 2 but number 3 was a close runner up for me. Both of them are lovely. You can’t really go wrong with a classic style of gown.

to start with… they all look beautiful you can’t really go wrong!
my vote goes to the unique lace… beautiful and a little unique while still very elegant. i think it would be lovely and a bit ‘romantic’… perfect for a botanical garden
my second choice is the first very traditional classic lace fit and flare. looks just stunning on you!
good luck 🙂

I’m not really loving any of them on you, but I like #1. The second one looks like the pattern has ovaries right under your crotch, so that’s a definite no from me.

I really like the 4th one although I think I’d prefer it in a lighter color underneath! Do you know who makes it?? I feel like this is a dress I would have loved if I found while shopping.
That being said I think some of the others are more flattering on you. I like #3 and #5 and think they would be great for a botanical setting. The first one is also classic and you couldn’t go wrong with it!

Well, to be honest, as I scrolled I liked each dress. Like, it was almost annoying. How is it possible?? gah, all the dresses!
Bee, I have no advice for you. They are ALL gorgeous and gorgeous ON YOU.
Sorry to be of absolutely no help. Good luck

Ok, well damn you woman you look INCREDIBLE in all of them – but my vote goes for number 2!
2 is the most flattering and beautiful on you.

I like 2 the most. It looks amazing on you and also I think the lace pattern is unique enough but not too out there.

I quite like the unique lace and sweetheart bodice. It’s slimming, isn’t bulky anywhere, looks very romantic, accentuates the contours of your body, and makes you look young. To me, it’s actually much more flattering than any of the others.
The first looks stiff, the second adds a lot of thickness and looks rather dated to me, the lace over nude looks kind of antique-y and I don’t like the obvious seam at the waist, and the last looks kind of flimsy/crepey and doesn’t look like it fits as well.
But I do have a more modern aesthetic. Whimsy is nice, but I am not into the vintage look ever.

You really do look gorgeous in all of them–choose the one that makes you feel the most beautiful.

I like 2 but its not super unique. I think dress 3 is really amazing and I’ve never seen a design like that before.
I vote #3 but you’ll look beautiful in anything! Happy hunting :)!

Wowza – that ultra beaded fit and flare looks drop-dead gorgeous on you!

hi there! The dress you asked about is by Lee Grebenau, I believe it’s called Liz. Thanks so much for sharing your perspective!
