I posted here about needing help with wines and a champagne to go with my menu:
I think we decided but I wanted to get some more confirmation since honestly, we’re not sure what we’re doing picking wines besides following general guidelines on that thread plus people we know. Here are what we’re thinking:
White wine: The restaurant’s private label chardonnay
Red wine: Casa Lapostolle “Apalta Vineyard” Chile, 2007 merlot
Champagne: Schramsberg Blanc de Blanc California, 2006
Any input is welcome, we’re just trying to get this crossed off our list!
