Congrats on finding a dress that you love! Who cares if you didn’t get it from a bridal store? If you’re happy, then that’s all that matters!

Edit – Just saw you posted a pic – it’s gorgeous! Can’t believe you found that at a prom dress store, it looks like a wedding gown!

omg that TOTALLY looks like a wedding dress! I couldn’t imagine wearing that to a prom! Is it Deb btw? That dressing room looks a little familiar!

The dress is lovely.

I remember prom dress shopping and thinking that a good number of dresses could be wedding dresses. A wedding was the last thing on my mind so I avoided them. In your case, it worked out! Yay!
