Honest, but kind… I’d keep looking.  It doesn’t look bad on you, but I think with your strong shoulders (I have them too), you could really do well with something that emphasizes your natural waist more. Corset-style The top of the waist makes you look a little shorter in the torso than you probably are.

Again, you still look beautiful, but you already know you’re not crazy about it, and if you can afford to get something you love, you should.

I was going to suggest adding chiffon straps- that’s an easy fabric to find if you can’t get more from the store, and it shouldn’t be a hard thing for a reasonably good seamstress to add sleeves of some sort to camoflage what you’re self-conscious about (although honestly, I think your back and shoulders look great).  I’m the same way, but about the backs of my arms where my arms meet my back- I feel like no matter what I do, it’s flubby.  I was having major dress regret until this weekend when I talked to the seamstress, and it turns out straps are totally going to be easy to attach to hide that area.

Is that bustel on it already? Also I would add buttons up the back but thats because I dont like exposed zippers. It looks great on your body but you need a necklace on to create a V shape on your chest and make you think your less square.

I think you look beautiful in the dress, but from your comments I would probably go shopping again.  Maybe you’ll decide this one really is your favorite.  But right now it sounds like you sort of went with the crowd.  Since you can afford to keep looking, I would probably go on at least 1 more shopping trip.  Try on a variety of shapes and styles, and see if this is what you keep coming back to.

My first thought was Wow she has a fab bod!! But I do agree that you could get a dress that highlights your body better. This dress is nice and you look good in it, but I think you could look more “WOW!” with the body you have!

I think the dress looks beautiful on you. BUT I voted get another dress, because you just don’t have THE feeling in it. You should buy a dress that makes your heart flutter, one that you love, not one everyone else loves.

I really like your dress and I think it looks great on you but YOU have to wear it, not me.  So if you don’t love it, I say sell it and by another.

Not to be creepy, but the muscles in your upper back look phenomenal in this. Not in a manly way, but in “toned woman” way. I think the dress looks great on you, but if you REALLY aren’t feeling it then keep looking.

its a pretty dress, one i even tried on but its up to you, if you regret it then its not the one for you, you should love the dress you choose and I know from personal experiences DB will NOT allow you to exchange. my advise buy another one and sell this one.

You look beautiful, not masculine. BUT I voted to change the dress for two reasons: 1)you don’t like it and 2)you can afford a second one that you can take the time to choose and be happy with personally (not please others with).
