baunie :  not only shady af, but stupid af as well.  They must be making money hand over fist if they have no problem with customer after customer posting about their piss poor service on probably the most popular site for moissanite research.  Effing idiots.

princessmiaofgenovia :  oh girl I knew they would

be back on here stalking the forum again I guess they have just become a tad bit smarter and stopped replying on here and now just use it against the customer in private!

ugh I truly hope you get a perfect ring back!

I have personally never ordered from them and after everything I have seen recently I never will but DO NOT LET THEM MAKE YOU FEEL AS THOUGH YOU ARE BEING PICKY!

I bought my platinum and diamond semi mount used and there was no dents or scratches or wonky band you paid for a ring that was not mishapen or dented they need to provide it πŸ˜‰

princessmiaofgenovia :  it absolutely makes sense and it is so creepy that they stalk these boards and “use” what they read against the customer.  Its indicative of the culture of the company, looking for ways to get over on their customers instead of just doing things right, providing a quality product and then standing behind the product after the sale.

meliamartinez31 :  you’re giving them way too much credit if you think those idiots aren’t responding because they have gotten smarter.  They aren’t responding because WB kicked them off the boards due to the exact behavior princessmiaofgenovia :  is talking about.  They were cross referencing comments on the boards against their customer info to figure out who was speaking out about their unsatisfactory experience even well after the fact.  Then they would email those customers out of the blue,  much like a stalker exboyfriend who won’t go away. They can still read the boards, but they can’t comment.

princessmiaofgenovia :  it is not dramatic it is exactly cyber stalking and while they can’t openly say anything on these threads anymore tgey are still using them which is completely wrong!

This is such a shame. I’ve been buying from moissanite co for many years and it’s only in the last couple of years that their customer service has got so poor and their communication style so shady. Something must have happened a couple years ago for this to have happened. All my dealings with them (bought a necklace, earrings, eternity ring and engagement ring) have been smooth, and great quality products, but I haven’t used them since 2016ish and I’m seeing more and more complaints on these boards recently. Plus it’s hella shady to be stalking these boards and quoting them in professional emails.

baunie :  if they are shady AF then where should we go to get a F1 H&A simple solitare ring? It’s a shame Charles and Colvard don’t have more designs … πŸ™ Also don’t know if it matters but I’m in Australia. Thanks !

It’s taken soooo long for you to get this repair process started!! I hope they’re able to correct the issues and get you a quality ring. Mine was back and forth for about 3 weeks and it felt like forever! Hope you had fun on your holiday and enjoy your new home!
