princessmiaofgenovia :  I’m no jeweler, but how are they going to “fix” anything? Doesn’t the whole Ring need to be remade? I would politely ask for pics and videos before it gets sent back to you.

I cant for the life of me understand why it’s so difficult for this company to admit fault. They apparently couldn’t see a darker diamond in my basket either, even though it was clearly obvious to me right away each time I got my ring back.. at least you went into this knowing that there could be some issues with your ring. Sorry you’re having to deal with them though.

princessmiaofgenovia :  what you should do is get a refund and go elsewhere. I have known a lot of bees who had issues with MOCO and sent there rings back 2-3 times to only get the same result. I wouldn’t bother with them anymore.

princessmiaofgenovia :  Also, I was thinking, if it does have to be remade, why the charge for sizing? 🤔 I know, I know, $25 isn’t much. But….principle!

princessmiaofgenovia :  Definitely ask for pics and videos before it gets sent back. You don’t want to end up with some Frankenring that they tried to piece back together. Post them on here. The more eyes the better! And $25 is a small price to pay if you get a perfect ring back.

Did they say how long it would take to “address” and send back to you?
