Implantation bleeding or Spotting??? TTC post D&C

Hi Everyone!  I had a D&C October 7th, with bleeding that lasted for about 2 weeks.  I got my period (at least i think it was!!) on November 3 (night) so I guess November 4th?  I got a positive test for ovulation last friday, and now 9-10 days later I am getting a bit of spotting….HOWEVER early on this month I had some random spotting about 7-8 days in, usually my period only lasts 3 days.  Wondering if I am just all messed up all around? or if this sounds like implantation?
