<div id=”post_message_34081413″ class=”postbitmessage”>This morning I started feeling some mild cramps that I could ignore, then suddenly I was guy with severe pain all through my uterus and vagina (I get vaginal cramps sometimes, only during my period or ovulation though, and accompanied by uterine cramps). I was talking to a friend and suddenly had to lean back against my seat and breathe. The pain lasted about 30 seconds. Later today, around 1:30 pm, I felt a mild-moderate pain on my left side (your right) across from my belly button that felt a little like pulling, it lasted about 30 seconds. I’m 9dpo, I ovulated the 18th, cd23, today is cd32. Right now I feel a very mild pulling on the other side, lower down, about 2 inches lower than my belly button, on my right side. Idk if I’m imagining things or… I’m honestly confused. My cervix was medium-high when I checked, but it wasn’t soft… My CM is creamy and thick. No bleeding at all. Usually I only have cramps during my period and ovulation. Help? The pulling across from my belly button is back now, very mild, the lower pulling never left, also very mild. Not TTC, hoping for a bfn!</div>

Really hard to say. It could be PMS cramps, it could be implantation cramping….it could be round-ligament pain, (a lot of people think that’s something you only get while pregnant, but it’s possible to overstretch that ligament at ANY time, though it’s easier to do while pregant). I had a friend who had an ovarian cyst and would get pain similar to what you’re describing. Unfortunately, since it could be a number of things, a stranger on the internet can’t tell you with any certainty what it is.

I had a crippling cramp somewhere around 8-10DPO for my first pregnancy. I was in a grocery store and literally doubled over in pain. I thought it was just the worst gas ever because I’d been having constipation issues (turned out to be related to all the progesterone) but got a BFP a couple days later.
However, that’s correlation and not a fact that it was implantation. I also have had hemorraghic cysts in the past and it could have been one of them blooming or popping.

laschai:
I had implantation cramping. I was on BCP before and had really light cramps and this was my first month off the pill and I remember thinking “wow these cramps are definitely worse than the BCP cramps” Not sure about how you describe the cramps, they just felt like normal menstrual cramps to me (just a little worse than my BCP cramps). But mine happened around 9 DPO, I also had impantation bleeding along with them though.
FWIW I couldn’t tell them apart from menstrual cramps. I only know now because I was pregnant, as it turned out.

I started getting pink discharge (blood + regular CM) today (1 day after it felt like implantation) idk what that’s about. Either I’m about to start AF or it’s implantation bleeding.
