We booked our venue in October ’08 for our October ’10 wedding. I’m beginning to look at other vendors (particulary florists and DJs) and realizing that I should probably make a trip to the venue to take some pictures, get an idea of what we’ll need for the ceremony and the reception, flower wise (centerpieces, escort table, cake table, ceremony site.. etc).
Our venue isn’t too far away from where my fiance and I live, but I have a crazy schedule (especially during wedding season!), and it’s not easy to get both of us there. So I want to make sure I get some good questions!
What do I need to absoulutely find out from the venue? What are some good questions to ask? What should I be doing besides asking the venue coordinator a ton of questions?
