you don’t have to add the rouching necessarily, I think it might make that dress look weird. But you can have your seamstress pin it into a soft sweetheart neckline and add cups.  After the cups are pinned in the right place you just pick your boobs up and drop them into the cups and hold the top in place while the bodice is fitted to give you the most support.  You should end up with cleavage that way and a fuller looking bust in the dress.

I am doing a hard sweetheart (with the point) with rouching and it makes my boobs look great!!
