Just wanted to make sure no one orders from ImpressivePersonalization.com. I placed an order with them over a month ago and never received it. After speaking with them they assured me it was a problem with their printer and the order was being shipped out the first week of April. I contacted them today and was told my order couldn’t be fulfilled and I had been sent an email. I told them I never received an email from them and that my credit card better not have been charged. I was assured it wasn’t but to just dispute the charge if it was. I am having my parents check their credit card statement to make sure it wasn’t charged, but just wanted to warn others.
