I want to look lovely.

The real version of lovely, not the bad version that the family from Tennessee used when they didn’t like a dress.

“Simple yet elegant.”  That’s pretty much the look that I generally go for, and also what I’m going for on my wedding day.

Effortless elegance. On my day, I want to look like this is exactly what I am supposed to do. If that makes sense?

I just want to walk down the isle, not looking over done, but looking like this day is an extension of who we are. Unpretentious, uncomplicated, and understated.

I want to look like me!!!! My dress is a bit of everything.  I think it’s more evening gown looking than wedding gown.  I describe it as red-carpet meets princess.

When I was looking I had no idea what I wanted, except that it wouldn’t look like most wedding dresses I was seeing.  I knew I wanted something flattering, and from my years as a singer/actor I’ve worn enough dresses (my Cinderella costume was a wedding dress that was altered) to have a good idea of what works on me and what doesn’t.

When I went, I said I wanted to look sophisticated. And I will!

I want to look elegant and in love!  Want to make sure I look like a happy romantic.
