I was crying so hard last night; ugh, I’m tearing up just thinking about it. 🙁 I started when Jim said, “And I’ll tell you about what a great boss you turned out to be.” Oh I cried. And the end scene with Pam. Ah, it was a sad episode…
I’ll go old school and say that my favorite Micheal moment is from Diversity Day. Remember when he signs the Diversity pledge as Donald Duck? Bwahahahaha! I remember watching that episode live and thinking, “This is the most awkward/uncomfortable thing I’ve ever seen in my life.”
I’m sad Steve Carell left. I’ve been watching the Office since literally the first epsiode. And I hate Wil Ferell on The Office. He’s usually kinda hit and miss for me, but on The Office he’s just soooooooo unlikable. He can’t pull off the rude/uncomfortable on the surface but really wonderful/sweet underneath type of character that Steve Carell did so well. My husband doesn’t think he’s going to stick around for the next season. What do you guys think?

@Mrs. Spring: I agree and I think he’ll be gone by the end of the season. Re: Diversity Day, that was hilarious! Especially when he went off on his Chris Rock speech!
I had to laugh in the episode last night where Michael is cracking up after just giving Oscar that scarecrow head thing. And he says something like “it looks like a monkey made it”, as he’s laughing himself to tears!
@Ryansgirl: The Office has been a part of DH’s and mine relationship since the beginning also. I had never seen The Office when he and I first met. He made me watch it and I loved it! We have all the episodes on DVD and sometimes we’ll have Office marathons 🙂

@AnnieAAA: Definitely the awkward kiss between Michael and Oscar! I heard that whole part was complete improv from Steve Carrell–which explains why the look of horror/shock/disbelief on everyone’s face (including Oscar’s) seemed so real.

@Treasure43: OMG, the Chris Rock speech! Or how about when the speaker tells him his name is Mr. Brown, and Micheal goes, “ok, I’m not going to call you that. That’s just a test.” LOL!
It’s been a part of our relationship since the beginning, too. Actually, the episode where Jim and Pam find out they’re pregnant was the first episode after our wedding, and we found out we were pregnant the same night Jim and Pam’s wedding epsiode premiered. We’re total Office nerds.
