When is your wedding?

March 22, 2014 (though we still need to technically get engaged haha)

What are your goals?

I want to lose 18-20 pounds

What have you lost so far, if anything?

4.9 pounds

Do you have any kids and/or pets?

An adorable cat who loves to lay down underneath me when I’m doing planks. Great motivator to not fall down!

What is your favorite healthy snack?

Muller yogurt or peanut butter

What’s your favorite calorie burner?

Pilates reformer and walking

I think I missed the first check in, but I’m looking for some additional motivation to lose weight!

When is your wedding?

What are your goals?

I’d like to lose around 15 lbs. I’d lost about that much last summer but have gained it all back πŸ™

What have you lost so far, if anything?

Not really anything … but from previous weight loss I know I tend to gain muscle first before losing fat, so I’m trying not to worry!

Do you have any kids and/or pets?

I have two cats, Stinky and Dio.

What is your favorite healthy snack?

Either a piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter or plain greek yogurt with honey. (Unless cheese counts! πŸ™‚ )

What’s your favorite calorie burner?

Kickboxing (TurboKick) is my favorite, but any group fitness class really motivates me to not be the only person resting!

what are your goals?

To lose an overall 30 lbs, get back to my old active lifestyle and of course tone up my arms for the dress!

What have you lost so far, if anything?

10 lbs since I started back working out in January. I’ve been lazy these last few months (only maintaining) but I’ve recommitted myself this week. Want to lose another 10-15 lbs before my first fitting πŸ™‚

Do you have any kids and/or pets?

One psycho 14 yr old kitty

What is your favorite healthy snack?

hmm…love sugar snap peas Or edamame.

What’s your favorite calorie burner?

I did Cardio Barre for two months loved it! More for toning and strength but so fun! I wish I could afford it year round. Starting a boot camp in two weeks since that’s what helped me start losing weight. Running for now.

@MrsJX3:  I LOVE it so far!!!  I fell off the wagon for a few weeks, but I just got back in to is last week and I’ve been sticking to it.  It feels so good to get it out of the way in the morning, and it kicks your butt!

@Brideonabudgetlauren:  Thank you for your response!  I am in TERRIBLE shape.  A couch potato to the max!  I’m really hoping to do this and make some positive changes.  I am hoping the fact that it’s only 25 minutes will really help.

@MrsJX3:  It will definitely help!  The key is to NOT STOP!  If you’re feeling tired or can’t keep up, just do the moves that the moderator is doing

What are your goals?

i want to loose 100 pounds. however. it will be a proces for sure.

What have you lost so far, if anything?

about 10 pounds

Do you have any kids and/or pets?

I have a dog and cat.

What is your favorite healthy snack?

:/ healthy food… ugh. this is my downfall. i guess cantalope, grapes, watermelon.

What’s your favorite calorie burner?

well the only things i am doing currently is a sationary bike , and walking the dog!

Lose weight and develop healthy habits before TTC.

What have you lost so far, if anything?

I lost 30lbs then gained back 20!

One dog.

Probably bananas.

I just ordered Focus T25.  I hope I enjoy that!!!

I lost 30….Then I put back on 10 lbs…now I’ve lost about 5 more

What are your goals?

Lose 3-5 lbs of fat, tone up (I know 3-5 lbs sounds silly, but I’m short, and have a very short torso, so just a couple of lbs is super noticeable on me)

What have you lost so far, if anything?

I’ve gained 2 lbs since summer

Do you have any kids and/or pets?

One cat, who is lucky to look absolutley adorable being a bit chubby

What is your favorite healthy snack?

greek yogurt or a hard boiled egg

What’s your favorite calorie burner?

I love running and spinning for cardio. A knee injury makes that a bit difficult though. I also really enjoy body pump classes

When is your wedding?

 

We’re thinking maybe July or August 2015 (already getting stuff sorted WAY beforehand! Everything is booked up for 2014)

 

What are your goals?

 

To lose 31lbs in total. I started off at 141lbs, which on my 5’2 frame is slightly large (I carried it mostly in my butt and thighs though!). But honestly, I want to progress with my lifts. I have some nice quad action at the moment, they are rock hard (thank you squats!). I feel good about myself but I want to feel BETTER about myself and push myself to see how far I can take myself really. 

 

What have you lost so far, if anything?

 

I’ve lost 15lbs so far, so only 16lbs to go! Currently I am 126lbs. And I’ve been maintaining that loss with weightlifting and only watching my protein macros. Recently started doing HIIT, and watching my calorie intake as well as protein intake etc. Hopefully will help shed the last few lbs off! 

 

Do you have any kids and/or pets?

 

Nope πŸ™ But Fiance and I are thinking about greyhounds at some point! 

 

What is your favorite healthy snack?

 

High-protein bread and peanut butter. Or mini poppadoms. WAY healthier than crisps (or chips as the Americans would call them) and they have an impressive amount of protein as well (comparatively speaking)

 

What’s your favorite calorie burner?

 

Lifting weights. Without a doubt! Love my compound exercises, and I LOVE breaking my personal records. Currently I am considered an intermediate lifter, which makes me happy. Very close to being an ‘advanced’ lifter!

I also enjoy walking the lab when I go back home, and going for walks around London with my Fiance πŸ™‚ I walk a lot in London as well (I don’t have a car). Never been much of a runner really, I prefer more high intensity short bursts of activity or something chilled out.

What are your goals?

I want to lose 30lbs.  I just entered my 2nd year of marriage and we are beginning to think about babies in the next couple of years, so i am trying to get in shape before then.  plus i have fibromyalgia and want to get healtheir to help cope with that.

What have you lost so far, if anything?

I’ve lost 10lbs so far, but that was just dieting, i just joined a gym tonight!!! So let th excersizing begin!

Do you have any kids and/or pets?

we have two cats, Talulah and Bacon.  

What is your favorite healthy snack?

empire apples!!! I LOVE apple season!

What’s your favorite calorie burner?

Sex! Or a treadmill haha
