She never posted it up, so email her to ask. Seriously! I emailed her on a whim and she was like, "oh, yeah, I do have one, actually!" I don’t know why she didn’t list it.

I had a similar experience happen to me too!  I fell in love with a $10k dress (that teaches me to go to Kleinfeld’s "for fun").  I searched INCESSANTLY for it online, and was even trying to figure out how to lose 30 pounds just to hopefully fit into another person’s already altered dress (which would still blow my budget by $2k).

I did keep looking though, and found one that is even more perfect, and for a tenth of the cost.  So keep looking and keep checking websites, b/c you never know when someone might sell it or when you might fall in love with a new gown!

I’m in your boat. Heck I’m paddling! lol
I’m in love with a Watters dress that’s around $1500. I mean, head over heals for this dress. It’s terribly depressing.
I wish I could help, that’s a pretty unique dress.

This is why I didn’t let myself try on any dresses out of my price range. Knowing me, I would have fallen in love with a $10k dress when my budget was $1k! The highest I let myself go was $1100, but I still loved the one that ws $724 the best! Score!

I also found that the dresses I liked in the magazines weren’t my favorites when I tried them on. Maybe you’ll be the same way? Good luck!

I feel your pain. I ordered a Maggie Sottero that I love, but my dream dress, also a Maggie Sottero is out of my price range. I am still trying to figure out if I can upgrade my purchase, or if I can afford a second dress.  I wouldn’t even allow myself to go to Kleinfeld’s to look @ Pnina Tornais or I might have blown my reception budget on the dress alone, lol

I’m so sorry to hear about the Ebay lady not getting back to you! I had so hoped it would work out. She has lots of Stephen Yearick stuff, though, so maybe another of her dresses might work? I don’t know where you are located, but maybe you could go try on stuff there. She’s based out of a bridal salon in CA. The good news, though, is that you found another dress that you liked, which means there’s still hope for you falling in love with a dress that isn’t so outrageous. Keep us posted!
