I think it’s beautiful and really love the band on it.  And good for you choosing something affordable for the both of you! ๐Ÿ™‚

My ring is from bluenile!! We saved a TON of money by purchasing it from there (well DH did, since he bought it). If you want to ‘enhance’ the size, why not consider a halo setting? Blue Nile has a section on the website where you can view recently purchased rings and a lot of them are all size diamonds in a halo setting and they look HUGE!

I like it too, but I guess if you haven’t actually tried it on yet, you might want to reserve judgement on the size until you see it on your hand. So many times I see something online and it is just not the same in person. I made my husband crazy when he was buying me a diamond bracelet, as the one he picked had very little sparkle to me. We ended up with a different one. ๐Ÿ™‚

Good luck with your decision! Hope you love it!

Super pretty! I don’t think the diamond being “unnoticeable” is going to be a problem. ๐Ÿ˜‰ If you love it and it fits your budget, I think it’s a great find! ๐Ÿ™‚

That ring is gorgeous.  Please don’t pay attention to all the threads with brides bragging about ring sizes……its definitely not important whether you have 1/2 carat, 1 carat, 2 carat etc. Whats important is what you and your fiance like. Mine is a 1/2 carat white gold solitaire that costs $600 from Kay Jewelers but i love it and it was what he could afford. Go with your heart.

It is definitely your decision.

I know that size did matter to me (yes, i said it) so we spent a little bit more because I didn’t ever want to upgrade. I wanted the ring he picked to be the ring that I wore forever. However that was a personal decision we came to together.

That being said, I think is a gorgeous ring, I looked at a band like that for awhile but was worried about finding a matching band ๐Ÿ™ and most importantly, if you love it then you should get it! To be honest, when looking at diamonds I couldn’t really tell the difference between S1 or VS2, except for large diamonds (over 2 karats) with a large table.

I have a 1/3 of a carat, and I love it. I’ve never felt like it was too small, and I definitely don’t have dainty or small fingers, if that helps!

I think it’s really beautiful, and if you like it, then go for it.  It doesn’t matter the size of the diamond or the ring, just as long as you love it.

i love that ring! ok i’m a little biased, it’s almost the same band as mine, except the two intertwined bands don’t have space between them…originally Fiance had a ring picked out that looked exactly like that band but they said the setting could only accomodate a stone up to .5 carats….so basically that setting is made specifically for smaller diamonds. so it should be perfect with that size stone!
