As of right now, i dont really like the way the contour bands look and there will be a large gap if i choose straight band. (the setting is low, and we’ve got a small-ish budget with no room for custom anything)
I’ve been searching high and low for a “matching” band. The way my center stone is set hasn’t allowed any curved or contour bands to sit right. 🙁 and also the channel setting on mine is so skinny, any regular channel set bands look funny. Same with the milgrain edge. Mine is so delicate that the ones in the stores look funny because they are so pronounced.
What do you ladies think? if you find anything dainty (2mm or skinnier) under $500, real diamonds, white gold, that has a store location near me, i’ll owe you big. 🙂
This is my Engagement Ring
I’m thinking I shouldnt try to match it since it seems “un-matchable” and i should just do my own thing. Let my wedding band be its own ring with its own personality haha.
And these are some i really like:
Sorry for huge pics 🙂

I am having the same problem as you!
I LOVE my engagement ring, but I have no idea what kind of band will look good with it.
Here is my ring.

Thanks i’ll have to give it a try. I really like the first one you posted, and I think it would look nice with your ring. Your ring goes in at the one little spot on the side, and that band goes in and out. 🙂

It looks like an heirloom! I really like the second link you posted.

I was having the same problem as you ladies. I ended up going to a few brick and mortar jewelry stores to see if I liked anything with my e-ring. Based on my research, I found my wedding band on Etsy from the seller GoldAdore:

@Ms.GoodEarth: wow! thank for for the link! one of her bands matches mine almost perfectly. the only thing is i’d like a new ring, and all of hers are vintage :/ i appreciate the age, but i’d like my own ring 🙂 (unless it was my own family’s heirloom)
@love108: and thank you! it’s a reproduction. i wanted a vintage one so bad, but I wanted a brand new ring too!
