I was really embarrassed but it took us 2 months. Pretty sure H had a few that could have pushed past that. We got married mid October and I felt we HAD to get them out before Christmas.

We have been married for 2+ months and will be doing them shortly. We wanted thank you cards with our photo on them and are just getting our pro pictures back today. Woo hoo!

Getting married this weekend. Wanted to initially do the photo thank you cards, but writing them out would be cheaper. I’m going to wait until I see how many thank you cards need to be written before I decide though. Our guest list is 200, so who knows how many will actually bring cards/gifts. That will be the deciding factor.

With my bridal shower (Saturday) I had them mailed out on Monday, so I thought my weddding ones would be the same way. I’m very organized, and was looking forward to  it.

Fast forward to today- I’ve been married almost 2 months, and still have 6 more to send hahah I broke the rules and sent them out when I got them done, not all at once. So sorry to the last 6 who probably think I hate them :/

I have a mini panic attack every day when I go home and see gifts that I haven’t sent thank-yous for!  It’s been… 15 days today.  I said I wouldn’t use wedding gifts yet, but then I really wanted to use my new multi-cooker.  So I txted my friend a picture of it on the stove and said “thank you’s have come in the mail, but thank you! and I love it!”

My thank you cards should be here sometime this week and I’ll be able to get them out.  I somehow left the box with all of mine at my parents after the wedding and then just decided to order photo ones since I had the pictures like 3 days later.

I should add: till the wedding, I was really good!  My shower thank-yous went out that day, and everything we got before the wedding I already sent a card for.  So most people have already gotten one and hopefully don’t think I’m too ungrateful.

We had a small wedding, didn’t register, and wrote that gifts weren’t necessary on our website, so we didn’t have too many to deal with. I knocked them out about a week after the wedding…there probably weren’t more than 30 to write, so it wasn’t so bad.

It took me awhile honestly, we received some late gifts as well that I still have yet to send thank you cards out for.

I had my bridal shower thank yous out two days later, but I didn’t even start the wedding ones until 2 weeks after the wedding.

I’m about 1/2 done and I anticipate finishing them by next weekend, so that’s when I’ll send them out.

I had my shower ones done the next day… the wedding was 55 days ago and I’m about half done =(. In my pathetic defense… we were on our honeymoon for 2 weeks and then immedicately went to a cousin’s wedding in another state the following week. I’ve only been “home” about 2 weeks!

I have been sending them as I go too, makes me feel better! Didn’t get them until a month and a half after the wedding because we did photo cards.  I haven’t gotten thank yous from some weddings at all so if it takes a few months so be it, not an issue I am stressing over. I did get my shower thank yous out in record time, so hopefully everyone understands they are on their way(sometime soon…) and how truly grateful we are!

My shower thank yous were out that same weekend.

    Wedding ones? HA!

I voted 15-30 because I just spend $100 ordering the damn thank yous online with our picture on the front and a blank inside for me to write. Everyone is hounding us for a photo so I wanted to just knock two things out at once. I will have them written/sent by the end of this month and we were only married on the 1st.

I sent out my shower thank yous the same weekend. I wrote my wedding thank yous the week we got back from our honeymoon, but didn’t send them out until just before our one month anniversary, because I kept forgetting to buy stamps! I’m glad they’re sent out, it was really hanging over my head.
