Have you read The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series?  I loved all three of them!  Get a Netflix account with the streaming capability – you’ll never run out of things to watch!

It might be a tough time, but focus on having that baby in your arms in a few months!  Good luck

If you need a laugh I would suggest any Terry Pratchett book, he writes wonderful satires set in the ‘discworld’. I particularly enjoy the Tiffany Aching series which starts with The Wee Free Men.

My roommate and I really enjoyed Pillars of the Earth on netflix.

@greenviolets:  Hello you!  Hope you’re resting well! Here’s a website I found absolutely hilarious, and relevant for your future with the little one on the way in a few months time (you hear that baby – a few months! Smile) http://www.shitmykidsruined.com/page/140/

And another one for when you’re done!

And some ideas on how to embarrass the little one in the future

Keep strong!

Have you watched Downton Abbey?  I haven’t yet but my mom and a couple of friends said it was incredibly addictive.  Sounds like the perfect series to watch back to back. As for books, I just read The Book of Bright Ideas and the sequel, A Life of Bright Ideas.  They were sooooooo good and heart warming.  They don’t sound like fiction but they are– they are about a girl who keeps this book that she writes her bright ideas in.  Anyway– so sweet and I highly recommend.  Do you have a Kindle with you?  so sorry you are stuck. 🙁  I know I would be going nuts too.

@greenviolets:  Get the 50 Shades of Grey series, it’s full of smut. If you PM me your address I will send you mine:0) Keep that baby in your stomach and relax. After the baby is here and wants to eat and poop every hour you will look back on this moment of relaxing with a smile. Be encouraged sweets.

There are so many TV shows on Netflix, all the CW shows (some are really good), Discover shows if you like science, HBO shows if you like racy stuff. You will have lots of choices!

Rest up mama to be!

@greenviolets:  Good luck.  It’s a shame that bed rest is so dull, but it really is for the best.  Concentrate on the outcome and stay strong!

In terms of books, I’ve recently started a Pinterest board with all of the books I’ve read over the past year or so (currently 64 pins, and counting – I’ve read a lot this year!), so those are the ones I’d recommend http://pinterest.com/clumsylawyer/books-i-ve-read-or-re-read-recently/.  Do you have a Kindle?  I’ve found that’s encouraged me to read a lot because as soon as I finish one book, I can download a new one immediately.  I’ve nearly finished the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and would highly recommend that one too.

I can’t imagine how frustrating that all must be! I hope all goes well.

I just started watching Revenge on Netflix–addictive.

What if your friends and family came to you for a baby shower? At least a small one? I know you must be wanting to nest right now–can Darling Husband do some of the nursery stuff you’d planned on doing? good luck!
