Excuse my excitement, but I think I may shit my pants! After A miscarriage and 7-8 months of ttc, I finally got a BFaintP!! I honestly dont know what to do. I seriously cant believe it because this was the ONLY month of NOT TRYING!! How is that possible? How am I gonna get pregnant the only month that we DONT try, and honestly the only month that I would be happy to get a BFN. Like I said, I miscarried June 2010. We had been actively trying ever since. But for the cycle for February, we had planned to stop trying and just take a few months off. This was mainly because I graduate college in December 2011 and I really didnt want a baby to interfere with my graduation. I always hated when people would tell me “its not happening because your’re too stressed about it” or “it will happen when you’re not trying.” This made me feel even worse, but I guess I have to say, it’s TRUE. Wow! Thank You Jesus! Hopefully this one will carry to full term.

That’s great! I wouldn’t worry about it interfering – graduations are normally in early Dec, and wouldn’t your baby’s due date be January at this point? Aww you could have a Christmas baby (I know some people hate it, but I think it’s cute, not like you can change anything). Congrats and happy vibes your way to carry to term!

@AmeliaBedelia: Well my last period was Feb 24, so the EDD would be around dec 1. BUT I am going to college to be a teacher, and that semester is when I do my student teaching! Although i am VERY excited, there are 2 things that are kind of raining on my parade.
1. Like I said it will probably interfere with my student teaching. And for those of you who are unfamiliar with that, that means I have to be an intern for the entire fall semester and intern from 8-3:30, monday thru friday, just like a real teacher. So am unsure about “makeup” days being that I have to attend the school everyday. Also, my colleges head department already warned us to “be responsible” and not jeopardize our internship. So I kind of feel bad.
2. I have an auto-immune disorder, so miscarriages are more likely to happen. Hopefully that wont be my case.
And thanks to everyone!

Congrats! That’s how it happens sometimes! (I got pregnant on a cycle we wanted to avoid.LOL)
Hopefully everything works out with Student Teaching. Good luck with finding a new job for the following school year!

@karmalkween: Congratulations! I would just schedule your appointments for last appointment of the day during your internship.

I agree with Mrs. DG, hopefully you can scheduled your appointments for 4 pm or so and you can make it there after the school day. I’m sure they understand these types of things!
