I agree, if it is at all possible to have them warmed back up and served as a sncak later in the evening,

Mmmmm, cinnabuns.  I thought you were going to say he was really into something kinda gross/weird but lots of people would enjoy cinnabuns:

-Make them the dessert at your rehearsal dinner

-Have a “cinnabun cake” next to your regular wedding cake

-Have a friend drop off a bunch of cinnabuns to where the guys are getting ready

-Little cinnabun-flavored cupcakes in addition to the wedding cake

@Braswellro: LOL, no, it’s a great idea, I actually meant serve them later on in the evening.

At my wedding we had pie as a dessert during dinner, and our wedding cake was served later on along with some fresh fruit after our guests had been dancing a while. I would probably love you forever if you handed me a warm cinnamon bun near the end of a long night 🙂

Love the cinnabon cake idea!  I have this amazing recipe for cinnamon rolls (made from scratch) that taste actually better then cinnabons.  I could totally see making a cake with it.  Oh my…. now I’m drooling on my keyboard!!  😛

If you were on my coast, I’d offer my services!  😀

Groom’s cake for sure! I’m obsessed with cinnabon myself and know other people at the wedding would want a bite of that huge, sweet, tasty bun.

If the “late night snack” thing doesn’t work out, how about having them for dessert at the rehearsal dinner?

Monkeybread Groom’s cake.

Here’s an idea of what it would be.

cake:

I’ve never seen them with that much icing, but I suppose that makes it a bit more like a cinnamon roll.

tongs:  http://www.weddingshopusa.com/gimme-some-sugar-stainless-steel-heart-themed-sugar-tongs/  I think they’d be long enough, but you might want to check.
