@badabing88:  Oh your fur babies are so sweet!

I have 2 bulldogs….we had a Destination Wedding so we couldn’t have our babies there but if I had our wedding at home I most def would have had my babies there!

You bostens have similar faces to my black and white bulldog….I am a sucker for those smashed in faces!

These pics below were from my friend Jessicas wedding…Her doggie is Cooper! Love how they had him in the wedding

We had our 100lb doggy and it was perfect! Seriously, it was like he knew he was to be on his best behavior. Your pups will be adorable at your wedding!

PS- I love reading your posts!

A friend of ours had their boxer play a role in their at-home garden wedding (which was lovely). Doggie was fine through the ceremony, then pooped right in the middle of the tent they’d set up for dancing.  Not cool.

Boston Terriers slobber a lot— that might be an issue too.  That boxer had drool-strings all over her face pretty much all day long. All the activity and people had her in a wound-up excited mood and that’s just how some dogs respond to being all wound up.

You may have guessed I am not a fan of animals in weddings. I love my rottweiler but she would be unpredictable and quite possibly very unhappy in an unfamiliar setting with a lot of strange people milling about.

There’s a thread on here about “cat ladies” and incorporating pets into your wedding. I think it’s by sofiakitty? That might give you more advice!

We had our dog as the ring bearer — he actually stood under the chuppah with our bridal party too. He mostly behaved (towards the middle, he started pulling on his leash because he wanted to come over to my husband and I instead of standing by my bridesmaid). I’m super happy he could be included, it wouldn’t have felt right without him. We didn’t include our other dog or cat though, because the other dog is too hyper to stand still for 30 minutes and the cat would have probably had a heart attack. But people got the point — we love our pets, even if they only saw the one.

love this post!! hehe

here is my girl doggie in a suit (we borrowed from another family member’s dog):

I would have her in ours but it will be in Europe and it will be difficult to figure out.

I will try somehow though! πŸ™‚

@badabing88:  I really want to but Fiance said no! πŸ™ My dog would be fine…she would sniff EVERYTHING! Our bulldog…well…she’s a mess!!! I understand his logic but I love my girls.  I think wedding pictures with pets are the cutest things EVER!!
