I was pretty sure I had made up my mind about which ring I want but when my future fiancee and I went ring shopping together I tried on something else and now I’m pretty sure I want the 2nd one but still have that 2% of doubt in my mind. It’s so hard to choose!! It’s also hard cuz the 1st one that I wanted is now not on display so can’t really remember how it looked on my mind…
Please vote 1 or 2…and what kinda wedding band would suit these two types of rings?
1. (couldn’t find this on the partridge website so found something that looks more or less the same)
number 2 gives off more sparkle and i have small hands so really want the band to be sleek and thin…Both of them have quite thin bands. I like how #1 is quite modern, classic and clean(?) looking whereas #2 is a bit more bling bling and shows more….arrgh! and also, I’m a little worried that for #2, the side diamonds are exposed to the wedding band and other hard surfaces whereas #1 may be more solid in terms of offering protection, if this makes any sense…
Which one do you prefer?

You should add a poll!
I like the 2nd one. It’s visually more interesting I think. I wouldn’t worry too much about the diamonds on the side since they stick up pretty high.

Thank you! Have added pics on the bottom 🙂

#2 for sure, I am not a fan of channel set diamonds. 2 looks cleaner and more modern.

I like the simplicity of the first one and its easier to clean and keep clean without all the little prongs and crevices for dirt to settle in.

@azafata: They are both beautiful but I do like number 2 better. I have diamonds on the sides of my ring and they are not channel set but they hold up well. I even wore mine to the gym a few times (bc I forgot to take it off and I had no where else to put it in fear of losing it so I just wore it) and I was lifting weights and it held up fine. Number 2 is my vote but its ultimately what your instincts tell you!!!

I like #2 also. It will sparkle more, not only because of the type of setting in general but also because of the diamonds on the front and back sides of the mounting (providing you with bling on three sides of that ring.) I also think you’ll like the way a coordinating wedding band will look in this design vs. the channel set. Both rings are lovely, however, so enjoy whichever you decide!
