I’m from Muncie! Born here and will stay here. cost of living is low, the weather isn’t too extreme, and it’s where my family is. ๐Ÿ™‚ sure I plan to travel but this is where I call home.

Indianapolis! I always say I want to move but I don’t think I ever will. The construction traffic is a pain though!

Indianapolis! After driving through Chicago in rush hour this past Friday, I will never complain about Indiana traffic again!

Indianapolis, so no corn fields close by!  After living in some seriously shitty small towns in the midwest, I’m very happy where I am and I plan to buy a house and stay here permanently!  It feels great to finally say that.

    Things I love about Indianapolis:

-The city is super easy to navigate even if you don’t know where you’re going, with the numbered street system.

-The downtown area is clean and unintimidating like some city downtowns.

-Lots of professional sports teams, which increases tourism and makes my boyfriend happy.

-Lots of non-profit organizations, which is the field I work in.

-A relatively diverse group of city people, country people that moved to the city, college gtraduates, professional middle-aged people, etc.

-Low cost of living.  I’m looking at houses and I’m amazed at what I can buy in my price range!

-It’s also within a day’s driving distance and about perfectly in the middle of where my boyfriend’s family and my family live.  And close to other cities like Cincinnati, Columbus, Chicago, Louisville, Nashville, St. Louis.

I know I’m late, but I’m from Indiana, too!  I was born and raised in Lafayette and went to Ball State.  Sadly, I now live in Northern Virginia.  I miss the Midwest!

Valparaiso! I’ve lived here my whole life. Minus 6 months in Cali when I was a baby. I don’t remember it though, so it doesn’t count! ๐Ÿ˜‰
